They are by no means all of the properties listed for sale. Remember too, something that shows up as “new” may have been on the market for quite some time, but has now been listed with a different agency. Questions are always welcome! Many people ask if it’s a buyer’s market and I suppose in a way it is because there’s a lot of inventory out there. On the other hand, I would say the majority of sellers here are not in a “must sell” situation and are willing to wait it out. There have been a lot of price reductions but if you’re looking for a home, don’t wait thinking the prices are going to go down. And don’t wait for the gas prices to go down before you come to the beach!
